Machining
Drilling, tapping, counterbore, countersink. Our machine motion is 20" x 15".
Tight Tolerances
Our standard laser cut tolerance is 0.005" and in some cases even 0.002".
Fixturing
For medium runs, we can make custom fixtures to speed production and provide the best price.
Camera Alignment
We can realign multi-step parts to the laser using our precision machine vision system.

We are happy to recommend proper materials for your project. Please note that cutting is dependent on thickness of material. You can provide your own material, choose from our in-house selection, or we can source a large variety of materials from our vendors.
